Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Stackd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Stackd is a task management application that provides visual workload management tools, including physics-based task visualisation, capacity tracking, and automated scheduling features. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

Account Registration

To use Stackd, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Subscription & Payments

Pricing

Stackd is available for £3 per month. All features are included — there are no tiers or feature gates.

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial. No payment is required to start the trial.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others

Your Data

You retain ownership of all task data and content you create in Stackd. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stackd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
